We are now wrapping up the first quarter at Chelmsford High School, and I couldn't be happier with this new phase of my career. CHS has challenged me in all the right ways, and I'm very excited for this opportunity to reexamine aspects of my teaching practice.
In light of the demands of a new job, I am scaling back on my free-lance work for the time being.

Tomorrow I start a new chapter in my career. I recently accepted a job at Chelmsford High School, where I will take over the leadership of the choral program. I'm very excited to work with a highly qualified team of music educators and can't wait to see what new opportunities lie ahead!

I'm delighted to announce my collaboration with Marblehead Little Theatre, where I am currently music directing a production of Stephen Sondheim's Company. It is a privilege to work with this talented cast, and I love studying this challenging score.
Performances run March 14 through 23. Tickets will go on sale February 14.

Today I'm excited to begin a three-year term on the Salem Cultural Council.
The Salem Cultural Council is part of the Massachusetts Cultural Council (MCC), a state agency that supports public programs and educational activities in the arts, sciences, and humanities. The Salem Cultural Council is responsible for designing local funding criteria for the grants and granting preliminary approvals. The Massachusetts Cultural Council has final approval and awards funding drawn from appropriations from the state legislature.
The Salem Cultural Council places an emphasis on locally-based artists and programs. We are looking for works and presentations that will have the greatest impact on the Salem Community and promote the history, diverse culture and positive attributes of the North Shore area.
